American country music singer Wynonna Ellen Judd was born Christina Claire Ciminella on May 30, 1964 in Ashland, Kentucky. She is known to be the half-sister of actress Ashley Judd. Though she was raised in poverty by her mother after her mom was abandoned by her father, that didn’t affect her positivity to achieve her ambition to become a successful celebrity in the future. She grew up loving the art of singing, a talent she particularly inherited from her mother. As she grew, she moved to Nashville to pursue a singing career. It was in 1983 when she was signed to RCA Records and was able to publish country music songs which made her become prominent in the music industry. She pursued a solo career later on after her mom became ill. She then released her debut solo album called “Wynonna” in 1992.
Wynonna reportedly dropped pounds after her exposure in the “Dancing with the Stars”. Dancing is indeed a good workout to shed-off and burn some calories. It’s a perfect cardio exercise that is not only helpful in losing weight but also a fun and stress-relieving activity.
When it comes to diet, the country singer said in one of her interviews, “I don’t have diet goals. My goals are to live as happy and healthy as I can. People can see themselves in me and say, You know what? If she can do it, I can do it.”
