American singer, songwriter, and pianist Vivian Green was born in East Oak Lane, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 22, 1979. At a tender age, she already had an inclination to music as she started to sing and play the piano. At 13, she became one of the members of the female quintet called Younique. One of her significant works was being able to write the song “Dear God” which was sang by the band Boyz II Men. She started to get noticed when she was 19 and became the backup singer of Jill Scott. Soon after, she successfully landed a singing career and eventually signed with Columbia Records in 2002. Her first album which was called A Love Story came out immediately in 2002.Recently around 2012, she was able to publish an album called Soundtrack For A Revolution, featuring her single “Oh Freedom”.
Vivian knows exactly how to take care of her body. She is noted to be a regular visitor of the gym and she usually performs various gym workouts such as seated calf raise, lower back exercises, lats, back extension, and standing calf raise.
For her diet, she usually opts for healthy foods such as veggies — particularly dark green vegetables. In addition, she increases her water intake to keep herself well-hydrated at all times.
