Tricia Janine Helfer, simply known as Tricia Helfer, is a Canadian actress and model born on April 11, 1974 in Donalda in Stettler County, Alberta. She started gaining fame in the year 1992 when she won the Ford Models’ Supermodel of the World Contest. Later on after her first success, she was hired by the Elite Model Management and eventually earned a break from the Trump Model Management. Not only is she a fashion model. She was also known as an ad campaign model for Versace, Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, John Galliano, and other fashion companies. She decided to retire from fashion modelling in the year 2002 and concentrated more on acting. She appeared in a number of TV series and films and even earned several nominations.

According to the actress-slash-model in one of her interviews, “I run or hike with some calisthenics as well — you have to tone up, too. But there always has to be some cardio involved. You gotta get your heart rate going. To keep things fresh, I mix up my workouts: One day I’ll do yoga, one day’s running and weights, one day I’m doing Pilates, one day’s hiking.”
Tricia also shared that she is maintaining a healthy diet. But human as she is, she also has some struggles when it comes to cravings. Now, how does she usually deals with it? “When hunger strikes at 3 PM, I go for sliced apple with almond butter. Either that or I will sometimes crave tuna salad. I cut it up with a little bit of mayonnaise, dill pickles, and pepperoncinis and eat it with hummus and gluten-free crackers. I love a good roasted garlic hummus,” she explained.
