Proper diet and exercise is one of Tipper’s secrets to stay youthful and healthy. According to her, she used to be unsatisfied with her body that’s why she decided to make a change on her dietary lifestyle. “I took a look at myself in the mirror,” said Tipper in an interview. “I had gained 25 pounds. All of my healthy patterns were broken.”

And where did she get her inspiration to get fit? According to her, she was inspired by Al Gore’s healthy lifestyle. “I watched his body change shape as he exercised. He has the greatest legs,” she said.

Now how did she handle her diet? “I went from Nantucket chocolate chip cookies to gingersnaps, to popcorn and apple slices, to olive oil instead of butter,” she explained. Well, that sounds ideally healthy.
