Tia Bajpai was born Twinkle Bajpai on May 23, 1988 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. In 2006, she started to appear on screen, particularly playing the role Laxmi Garodia on TV series Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann. She eventually earned her first role on big screen when she was cast on the Indian horror film Haunted-3D by which she acted the role Meera Sabharwal. The same year, she was also highlighted on the film which was called Lanka. She acted as Dr. Anju A. Khannaon the said flick. Meanwhile, she also appeared on films 1920: Evil Returns and Desi Kattey.
During her interview with Times of India, Tia shared about her usual workout regimen. Here’s what she said: “I love the gym and I love to workout. It makes me feel a lot more fresher and better, I go to the gym five days in a week. I do not follow one fitness plan. It always keeps on changing. My workout plan is as follows. Monday I do my Kick boxing. On Tuesday and Thursday I do my weight training and on Wednesday and Friday I do dancing and cardio training.”
Being a foodie herself, she makes sure she really performs her workout regimen. She certainly has a sweet tooth! “I would not call myself a foodie but with the work schedules we have we tend to take in more calories than not, I do have a sweet tooth hence hats something i need to watch out for other than that I don’t follow any specific diet. But I make sure that I don’t eat anything after 8 o’clock as the body metabolism goes slower post that and whatever we eat has a higher tendency of turning into fat hence I try usually to wrap up dinner by 7 failing which 8 nothing more that than. I sleep early by 11 o’clock maximum,” she explained.
