She was born in the year 1992 in New Castle, Australia. She attended school at St. Joseph’s Primary School Charlestown and later on at St. Mary’s High School Gateshead.

The Australian beauty queen has fitness tips to her fans. She said in an interview, “Replace your pre-workout energy drink or your afternoon slump coffee with a glass of fresh organic unsweetened cranberry juice, with a shot of wheatgrass or barley grass. You’ll have an instant energy kick and in the long term, your body will love you for it. Exercise less, eat less. Sometimes we over exercise, which in turn makes us eat more for energy. I find when I keep my exercise to 30mins a day – depending on the intensity of the workout – I get the best results. I alternate between walking, running, light weights, Yoga and boxing.”

She added, “If you have trouble losing weight or there are certain parts of your body that are resistant to diet and exercise, try eliminating dairy and sugars. Start your day with a warm glass of water and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar – this will really kick-start your metabolism and works wonders on your digestive tract. I also drizzle apple cider vinegar on my salads to aid digestion.”
