She first worked at the KBTX in Bryan/College Station and served as a general assignment reporter. She later on worked at WFLD-TV in Chicago, particularly from 1997 to 2007. And because she made a great impression in delivering information, she earned her breakthrough by hosting her own program NewsNation with Tamron Hall in 2010. This year, she works as a co-anchor for Today’s Take.

No matter how loaded her schedule is, Tamron always makes time for her workout. She said in her interview with Women’s Health Mag, “I always travel with my workout DVDs. I am not a big gym person, so the DVDs are perfect for me. I have a fit ball and a resistance band that I use along with the videos. I have been in love with workout tapes since the 90s and Cindy Crawford and her trainer Radu changed my life.  I still own the tape but I don’t have a VHS player!’

Sounds really determined! Tamron proves that no matter how busy we are, we really shouldn’t disregard our health.
