Steven Tyler - celebhealthy_comSteven Tyler is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and former television music competition judge well recognized as the lead singer of the Boston-based rock band “Aerosmith”. He was born on March 26, 1948 in Manhattan, New York City, New York, United States. While working as a vocalist for “Aerosmith” band, he also occasionally plays the harmonica, piano, and percussion. In 2011, he became more prominent when he worked as one of the judges for the singing competition American Idol.

Here’s what Steven said in one of his interviews when it comes to renewing his life and leaving drugs: “I always believed that if I was going to poison myself and live that kind of life, it would probably help to take vitamins and eat relatively healthy. People would joke with me, ‘Why do you care about health food, when you’re snorting that?’ When I got sober and started working out, I fell into that trap of working out too much.”

He added, “I know a lot of guys can relate to that— if you don’t get that runner’s high every day, you feel like, Oh my God, I’m losing it. Now I try to go to the gym three days a week, mostly using free weights and aerobic machines for 20 or 30 minutes. A few weeks before we go on tour I’ll double the length of my workout to build up my stamina, because being onstage is a real workout.”
