Steven Allan Spielberg is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, and business tycoon. He was born on December 18, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Jewish parents Arnold and Leahanni Spielberg. He is the older brother of three younger sisters. At an early age, he was already seen as someone who has a great interest in films. When he was in his teenage years, he used to experiment in films, making movies that he would show to his family. Few years later, he pursued his calling for filmmaking and started to direct films in the year 1959. His first film was called The Last Gun where he took part as a director. Two years later after the success of his first film, he was able to write and direct another movie which was called Fighter Squad. Eventually in 1968, he released his first ever theatrical play which was the 24-minute film Amblin’. Countless of projects made his way then, eventually making him one of the greatest and prominent directors and producers in the world.
To stay healthy even at the age of 67, Steven works out in the gym and trains with his personal fitness trainer Jake Steinfeld.
He also watches what he eats. He once shared during one of his interviews that he prefers to eat organic foods. Other than eating organic foods, he also avoids consuming spicy foods.
