Stephanie Michelle Seymour, born on July 23, 1968 in San Diego, California, is an American model and actress. At the age of 16, she already started modeling in their local town, appearing for newspapers and ads for department stores. It was in 1983 when she joined the Elite Model Management Look of the Year modeling contest and became the finalist. Later on, she earned attention and was highlighted in a number of issues of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue magazines as well as in Vogue. She also became a primary lingerie model of Victoria’s Secret and gained more popularity when she was featured in Playboy magazine in March 1991 and February 1993. Naturally sexy and stunning, she was included in the North American FHM 100 Sexiest Women of 2000 list and was ranked 91st. Meanwhile, she started to delve into the world of acting in 1994 and earned her first acting role which was in the adventure video game Hell: A Cyberpunk Thriller.
As a model, exercising is part of her system. She said she always finds time to walk with her kids and her dogs. Other than that, she’s also fond of Yoga and swimming.
She also stays fit by practicing a healthy but not strict diet. She consumes veggies and drinks lots of water to stay hydrated.
