In the year 2009, she was also awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia. And on the 9th of April 2014, she confirmed that she’s retiring.

According to Stephanie, diet plays a major role to her fitness. She said in one of her interviews, “Diet truly has the biggest impact on how I look and feel. This might shock a lot of people, but getting results is 80 per cent diet and 20 per cent exercise. I actually don’t like to use the word ‘diet’ because that makes me think I’m depriving myself or putting a time limit on how long I should eat that way. It really is a lifestyle change and it’s all about being consistent.”

She added, “Even when I’m not training like now, my life is so busy with professional commitments that I need to make sure I’ve planned everything out with meals and snacks to make sure I’m eating right.
