American actress Shiri Freda Appleby was born on December 7, 1978 in Los Angeles, California, to Dina and Jerry Appleby. She started her acting career at the age of four, appearing in advertisements such as Cheerios and M&M’s. She is best known for portraying the leading role of Liz Parker in 1999-2002 television series “Roswell” alongside Jason Behr, who played the role of Max Evans. She also played one of the main characters in 2002 film “A Time for Dancing” as Samantha “Sam” Russell. Her other film appearances include “The Thirteenth Floor” in 1999, “Swimfan” in 2002, “The Battle of Shaker Heights” in 2003, and “Havoc” in 2005. Shiri also appeared in some episodes of “Raven”, “ER”, “Baywatch”, “Xena: Warrior Princess”, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”, and had a regular role in “Un-Real”.
The sweet American actress is an avid exerciser, who works out with her trainer three times a week and does cardio by herself on the same frequency. She also loves to run and do yoga.
When asked in one of her interviews if she followed a special diet she said, “No. If I have something exciting coming up, I’ll watch what I eat. I dress appropriately so you don’t see certain areas. I’m not one of those lucky girls who wake up with a flat stomach.”
