Sheetal Mallar was born on April 23, 1974 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She is a renowned Indian model. She started her career as a model after she was noticed and discovered by the photographer Gautam Rajadhyaksha for Danabhai Jeweler. In 1994, she joined the modeling competition Elite supermodel contest and eventually became one of the 12 finalists. Soon after, she was hired by Armani and Fendi and was able to endorse brands like Maybelline, McDowells, LG Electronics, Gold Flake, Grasim Suitings, Motorola, and several others.
Now when it comes to keeping her body in tip-top shape, she usually performs basic exercises. According to her in an interview, “My weight does tend to fluctuate. But I tackle that by doing simple exercises like walking, jogging or skipping. I don’t go to a gym but I do cardio exercises.”
And as for her diet, she said she eats whatever she likes but also indulges more on fruits and veggies. “I eat almost everything. But, yes when I do feel that my skin has lost its glow, I eat lots of fruits and veggies. I also drink loads of water,” she explained.
