He first came into view and got noticed for his work as a backup dancer for the American pop singer Mariah Carey. He eventually made a name for himself when he worked on theaters as well as on television and dance programs. He became famous in the fitness world when he created and shared his own fitness program and video called “Hip Hop Abs”. In 2011, he was also able to publish the 60-day workout challenge called “Insanity” which was also published in the year 2012.

As a fitness instructor, he knows exactly a thing or two about how to achieve and keep a strong, lean, and perfect body. He has created lots of workout moves such as dance moves, cardio exercises, and a lot more. He’s really perfect when it comes to this area.
