American actress Sela Ann Ward is the daughter of Annie Kate and Granberry Holland Ward, Jr. She was born on July 11, 1956 in Meridian, Mississippi. While attending school at the University of Alabama, she used to be a part of a cheer-leading squad. Prior to acting, she worked as a storyboard artist for multimedia presentations. At the same time, she also worked as a model for a sideline. She started to appear on screen in the year 1983, portraying the role Hilary Adams on Emerald Point N.A.S. as well as playing a significant role on the motion picture The Man Who Loved Women. In 1995, she was highlighted on the film Almost Golden: The Jessica Savitch Story where she received a handful of nominations. In addition, she also portrayed roles on TV series including Sisters, Frasier, Once and Again, The New Batman Adventures, House, and CSI: NY.
Sela works hard to maintain a gorgeous body. In one of her interviews, she admitted that she’s devoted to practicing a MUFA diet, or monounsaturated fats diet. She said, “Research shows that MUFAs have health benefits and target belly fat. They also help control satiety, so by adding in one MUFA at meals and snacks it is easier to stick with the diet and lose belly fat”.
Other than that, she mostly spends time indulging in weight training as well as doing exercises that focus more on her waist and upper body.
