American actor, model, and producer Sean Hardy Faris was born on March 25, 1982 in Houston, Texas, USA to parents Katherine and Warren Stephen Faris. He is a 2000 graduate of Padua Franciscan High School. After graduating from the said institution, he immediately moved to Los Angeles to better find his career in acting. His first acting role on screen came in the year 2001 when he was cast for four episodes as Darren in the American anthology series Undressed. He also played a minor role in the high-grossing epic war film Pearl Harbor. The following year, he was seen portraying guest roles in TV series Even Stevens, House Blend, Maybe It’s Me, and Smallville. It was in the year 2004 when his big break came when he was cast for the main role Dino Whitman in the teend rama TV series Life as We Know It. He also entered the list of casts of The Vampire Diaries and played the role Ben McKittrick in 2010. Presently, he stars as Officer Gabriel Holbrook in Pretty Little Liars.
Sean’s ripped physique and impressive built definitely have something to do with his success on his career. And because of it, he is grateful for being a workout enthusiast. His fitness training exercises mainly consist of weight training. He focuses more on keeping his midsection tight.
