Scott Foley - CelebHealthy_comScott Foley, originally Scott Kellerman Foley, is an American actor born on July 15, 1972 in Kansas City, Kansas, United States. He is famous for his roles on TV shows including The Unit, Felicity, and Scandal. He also had appearances on the flick Scream 3. Other than that, he has also guest starred on series such as Dawson’s Creek, House, Scrubs, and Grey’s Anatomy.

To stay fit, Scott trains with fitness guru Gunna Peterson. He said in an interview, “A guy named Gunnar Peterson is my fitness guru. I’ve been using the Ranger handbook. We’ve been running the gamut of exercises that rangers have to go through. I can now run two miles in under 13 minutes. We’ve also been doing these exercises swinging kettle bells, which develops my core and upper back and shoulder regions, and improves the V-shape definition that rangers have: the smaller waist and larger shoulders.”

Now how does he find time to work out? “It’s really, really hard,” he expressed. “I find myself up at 4:30 in morning before a 7 a.m. call. If I can, I spend half an hour before lunch on a treadmill or a big incline just to burn calories to stay in shape.”

Now what’s his diet like? “I am a big fan of plain roasted almonds,” said Scott. “It’s always a good snack and it will curb your appetite. In the morning I usually do a protein shake. I’ve taken banana with some ice water and egg whites, protein powder, and blended it. For lunch or dinner I have a piece of protein with salad greens, and the combination really keeps me as lean and I need to be. The older I get the harder that becomes.”
