Sally Fitzgibbons - celebhealthy_comSally Fitzgibbons is an Australian professional surfer on the Association of Surfing Professionals World Tour. She was born in Gerroa, NSW Australia on December 19, 1990. She started to develop a passion for surfing when she was still younger. It was on April 23, 2011 when she won her first ASP World Tour event and defeating Carissa Moore in the final of the Rip Curl Women’s Pro at Bells Beach. These days, she continues to be a remarkable surfer.

In one of her interviews, Sally shared her fitness regimen. She said, “I train year-round and I’m always trying to improve. I like to keep fit and on top of things – you always want to be able to catch a great swell when you see one. I have a daily fitness program, which involves core-strength exercises paired with cardio, either running or biking. I try to do weights every second day or so.”

As for her diet, she explained, “I keep things simple: nothing too processed. I stick to basic proteins, like meat and fish, with vegies and salad. I have small portions frequently. Breakfast is my favourite meal and I’m a creature of habit with it. I enjoy muesli with fruit and yoghurt.” She also emphasized that she doesn’t drink alcoholic beverages. “I don’t drink,” she said. “It’s a lifestyle choice for me and everyone has their own decisions to make, but I do pride myself on mine. If my actions can rub off on others, I’m stoked.”
