Sahil Khan is an Indian actor who appears in Bollywood films. He was born on November 5, 1976 in Kolkata, India. He debuted on N. Chandra’s comedy film Style in the year 2001. Later on, he was highlighted on its sequel Xcuse Me, particularly in the year 2003. In 2009, he was also featured on the flick Aladin. The latest flick by which he was involved was Paul London’s 2010 Bollywood fantasy action adventure film Ramaa: The Saviour wherein he played the role Ramaa. These days, he continues to be a prominent actor in the industry.
Apparently one with a ripped physique, Sahil is big on workouts. And he’s usually seen at the gym performing grueling exercises. Some of his exercises are ball crunches, dumbbell press, leg presses, hammer strength flat press, cable rope crunches, wide grip pull-ups, straight arm pull-downs and several others. He is noted to be training four times a week, for about an hour in each.
For his diet, he just practices a balanced one. His meal consists of five to six small portions in a day. You see, he’s really one big health-conscious guy!
