Gwen Stefani and Beyonce are among the stars whom she looks up to. Being close to Beyonce, she considers her not only an inspiration but a mentor and a guide as well.

Although she’s considered as one of the most talented singers of today’s music industry, Rita revealed in one of her interviews some of her insecurities. “There was a point in school when I was, like, 13, that I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I matured more quickly than the other girls; I had bigger breasts and a bigger bum – and I hated it. I would get extra-tight leotards for my dance classes [to flatten me] because I was really ashamed of my body.”

Now to keep up with her figure and fully overcome her struggles about herself, Rita performs exercises and follows a diet which allows her body to consume all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients it needs while consuming less carbs and fats. According to sources, the singers workout routine mainly focuses in strengthening her cardiovascular system as well as the other parts of her body.
