Michael Reese Hoffa is an American shot putter. He was born on October 8, 1977 in Lexington, Kentucky, United States. A product of Lakeside High School in Evans, Georgia, he is known to be adopted when he was four years old. In his high school days, he used to play football, wrestling, baseball, and track & field. In the year 2006, he joined the World Indoor Track and Field Championships wherein he won. He also joined the World Outdoor Championships in the year 2007 and also brought home the bacon.
Apart from being physically active, Reese is also disciplined when it comes to his diet. According to him in an interview, he usually incorporates protein in his diet. And his usual meals? Jelly sandwiches. This food is known to have high protein because of its peanut butter. And oh, this food also tastes really good– which is the reason why Reese loves to devour it.
When it comes to his breakfast, he usually indulges on three eggs, cheese, and toast. According to him, these foods does not completely fill him up but it allows him to get through his morning workout.
