Randy Orton - CelebHealthy_comRandy Orton, originally Randall Keith Orton, is an American professional wrestler and actor famous for his appearances on WWE. He was born on April 1, 1980 in Knoxville, Tennessee to parents Elaine and Bob Orton, Jr. An eight-time WWE Champion/WWE World Heavyweight Champion and a four-time World Heavyweight Champion, he started practicing wrestling at a young age and while he was attending at Hazelwood Central High School. After graduating, he joined the United States Marine Corps but later on decided to pursue his wrestling career. In 2000, he made his wrestling debut at Mid-Missouri Wrestling Association-Southern Illinois Conference Wrestling (MMWA-SICW) in St. Louis, Missouri wherein he was trained by his father, Bob. It was in March 2002 when he finally had his first exposure on WWF. Since then, he regularly appeared on WWE and became one of the most sensational wrestlers.

As a wrestler, workout is very grueling for Randy. He regularly goes to the gym and trains his body with tremendous and extremely serious exercises by which he follows specific program on a daily basis. Some of his gym workouts include front laterals, rear laterals, upright rows, barbell bench presses, cable curls, barbell curls, seated cable rows, and thigh extensions.

He also specifically observes a diet where he consumes foods varied in different food groups. In particular, he consumes 250 gm of protein daily and also eats foods loaded with carbs such as potatoes, oatmeal, and pancakes. And for the record, he avoids eating junk foods.
