Phil Heath - CelebHealthy_comPhillip Heath, better known as Phil Heath or “The Gift”, was born on December 18, 1979 in Seattle, Washington, USA. He is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder. Currently, he is holding the title Mr. Olympia. Growing up in Seattle, he attended school at Rainier Beach High School where he also spent time playing basketball. Later on he studied at the University of Denver in Colorado, majoring IT and Business Administration and at the same time, playing basketball for the Denver’s Division I basketball team. He joined bodybuilding in the year 2002 and eventually won the overall title at the National Physique Committee in the year 2005. He also joined the Arnold Classic in 2007 and was able to bring home the 5th place. Garnering fame after his series of bodybuilding success, he was featured on different fitness articles in magazines. Currently, he is living in Arvada, Colorado and is training at Armbrust Pro Gym in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

To come up with an extremely ripped physique–with huge triceps and lean muscle tone designed for bodybuilding, he constantly trains with his trainer Hany Rambod. While he’s at the gym, he usually performs one arm dumbbell extensions, two arm dumbbell kickbacks, weighted dips, and cable push downs. He also performs different workout regimen to develop his quads, hamstrings and calves muscles.

As for his diet, he frequently consumes food everyday, usually foods loaded with protein.
