Patty Mills - celebhealthy_comPatty Mills, originally Patrick Sammy Mills, is an Australian professional basketball player. He was born on August 11, 1988 in Canberra, Australia. He currently plays for the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The second Indigenous Australian to ever get a spot in the NBA, he is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California. He officially became an NBA star in the year 2009 after being drafted 55th overall pick by the Portland Trail Blazers. Patty, on the other hand, is not only a basketball player. He also plays Australian rules football at a high level.

Patty used to be “fatty” (the termed his coach named him before), but lately, he became leaner thanks to his ideal fitness practices and disciplined diet. According to him in an interview, “It was about me knowing nutrition.” In particular, he cut out dairy and bread in his diet.

He added, “I became more focused on what I put in my body, which I wasn’t prior to that. Every meal is a conscious effort to stay disciplined and understand what’s on your plate.”
