Parvathy Omanakuttan is an Indian model and actress. She was born on March 13, 1987 in Changanassery, India. One who rose to fame when she was crowned as Miss India in the year 2008, Parvathy also represented India during the Miss World 2008 and finished as first runner-up. She started her acting career in the year 2011, debuting on the Hindi film United Six by which she acted the role Shaina. It was the start of her prominence in the Indian show business.
Now how does the actress and beauty queen maintain a fit and sexy body? Here’s what she said in one of her interviews: “I train with my personal trainer, Harrison James, every other day at the gym. I do free weights, light weights and kick-boxing to keep fit. I have a high metabolic rate and tend to lose weight easily. So I make it a point to eat protein-rich food.”
In particular for for her diet, she said, “I start my day with a glass of warm water. I never skip breakfast. I mostly have porridge, which is quite filling and gives me the essential nutrients and fibre. I also have idlis, dosas and poha that my mother makes. I stay away from fried food and snack on fruits and nuts, especially apples and bananas, and keep myself hydrated with water throughout the day. Lunch is mostly roti, dal and vegetables. I’m a non-vegetarian, and I enjoy trying out different cuisines. But I can easily survive on vegetarian food. For dinner, I have a small quantity of rice and roti.”
