Noelle Pikus-Pace - celebhealthy_comNoelle Pikus-Pace is a retired American skeleton racer who started her career in the year 2001. She was born on December 8, 1982 in Provo, Utah, United States. A product of Utah Valley University, she is the wife of Janson Pace and the mother of Lacee Pace and Traycen Pace. She became widely known in the racing sports industry after she won the Skeleton World Cup overall title from 2004 to 2005. During the 2005 FIBT World Championships in Calgary, she was able to achieve the silver medal. These days, she continues to be a rock star in the sports industry.

Noelle is a very active woman. In fact, she started to take part in track and field when she was still in junior high. She said in an interview, “I started out participating in track and field. When I was a junior in high school, my coach asked me if I wanted to do bobsled and then senior year, they were also doing skeleton — so I tried it and totally fell in love.”

Now what is her go-to healthy snacks? Well, according to her, “I like to cut up fruits and veggies and put them in small bags — apples, cucumbers, baby carrots, whole wheat bread, string cheese — things that and I can put in my purse and grab when I need a snack.”
