Niki Taylor-Celebhealthy_comAmerican model Nicole Renee “Niki” Taylor was born on March 5, 1975 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Ken and Barbara Taylor, and was raised in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  She started her modeling career at the age of 13.  She is best known for being the youngest model to appear on the covers of Seventeen Magazine at the age of 14 and Vogue magazine at an early age of 15.  She is best known for her fresh and low-glamour beauty and hailed as one of the hottest faces and figures in America modeling in the year 1990s. She also appeared on the covers of six major American women’s fashion and fitness magazines including Allure, ELLE, Marie Claire, Self, and Shape.  Aside from modeling, she became an interviewer for Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, covered events for NBC, and became a guest host in MTV’s Fashionably Loud.  She founded the Begin Foundation for the Advancement of Women in Business, co-hosted Tyson Beckford in Make Me a Supermodel, and on March 6, 2011 she became a contestant on the fourth edition of The Celebrity Apprentice.

“I get up every morning at 4:50 a.m. and put on my running shoes and go for a nice little jog in my neighborhood. I get up before everybody else”, Taylor said.  She alternate her days by jogging and walking every other day to change the intensity.  She is also into Crossfit routines.

Nicole’s diet is comprised of proteins, healthy fats, green vegetables, fruits, and other foods that are known for its capacity to strengthen the body and maintain its vitality, including oatmeal with berries, protein and vitamin smoothie, especially during breakfast.  She understands the importance of portion control in conquering her cravings and keeping her weight in check.  She also includes probiotic at least once in her diet, daily.
