Nigella Lucy Lawson, born on January 6, 1960 in London, is an English TV personality, journalist, broadcaster, and food writer. She is the daughter of Vanessa and Nigel Lawson, Baron Lawson of Blaby. Nigella started to work as a publisher in Naim Attallah. She then focused on journalism when she turned 23 and wrote for the The Spectator after she was persuaded by Charles Moore. Her first tasks were to write book reviews and then she eventually progressed and became the deputy literary editor of The Sunday Times. Not only did she become a highly regarded media personality. She also executed an incredible skill in the kitchen as she was able to put her version of cooking delicacies into writing and was able to publish cook books in titles How to Eat. She also became famous for her seasonal recipe show called Forever Summer With Nigella.
Nigella is apparently a foodie. And because of that, she seriously works her body by regularly hitting the gym so as to keep her body fit and healthy. Her workout routine mainly consists of Pilates, weight lifting, and walking on treadmill. During her interview with Health, she explained, “I’ve taken up exercise rather than going on a diet, and I feel that’s the healthier way of doing it. Depriving your body is not the way forward; adding exercise is.”
She added, “I will always be greedy—I’m eating one meal and talking about my next one. The only thing I like doing as much as eating is talking! But nevertheless I don’t eat as much per sitting as I did, say, 20 years ago.”
