Muzammil Ibrahim - CelebHealthy_comIndian model Muzammil Ibrahim was born on the 25th of August 1984 in Jammu and Kashmir, India. Throughout his career he was able to endorse products and brands such as Mahindra Bolero,Kodak camera,Real juice,Siyaram,Maruti Swift,Samsung galaxy phone, Tata Zest, and several others. He also became prominent when he was labeled as the “King of the ramp”.

Now what is Muzammil’s exercise regimen? “I workout six days a week,” he revealed in an interview. “I start with warm up for 10 minutes. If I would be doing my leg exercise then I’d start with cycling and stretches. If it’s the upper body then I flex my upper body. I start with very light weights with more repetitions so that increases the blood flow. Then I move on to the heavier weights. I mostly do weights as I prefer the muscular look. Cardio I do once a week. My metabolism is high so I don’t really need cardio. So that implies less time on the treadmill and more time dedicated to the weights. I’m very full in terms of body mass yet my frame is small so that puts me in a presentable category as a model, on or off the camera.”

For his diet, he said, “My diet varies depending on my shooting schedule. I come from a non-vegetarian background. So chicken has to be part of my daily diet atleast five times a week, Two days I try and be vegetarian. For breakfast I have oat-meal or cornflakes with bananas and eggs. Lunch would again be some chicken dish. Dinner has to be heavy. I workout before dinner time and I cannot sleep with a growling stomach. To starve myself at night is as good as keeping myself awake all night!”
