Montana Cox is an Australian model famous for being the winner of Cycle 7 of Australia’s Next Top Model. She was born on September 2, 1993 in Melbourne, Australia. She won the said competition at the Sydney Opera House on the 25th of October, 2011. During the final round, she was able to defeat Liz Braithwaite and Simone Holtznagel.
So what is Montana’s fitness routine? “I think it would be my fifteen minute workout,” she told Popsugar Australia. “It’s all about using your own weight. For me it works best doing one minute interval things; like one minute of lunges, one minute of squats, one minute of push-ups, one minute of dips, one minute of planks each side. You can do it at home, you can do it anywhere and you don’t need anything for it. I do it every day and it keeps you looking fine and fit, and it’s just fifteen minutes or half an hour so you always have time for it. I had a trainer that put it together for me so it works. But other than that I love to get out for a really long walk, or a long run.”
She added, “I find in New York it’s much more about gyms and working out indoors, whereas here it’s much nicer there are more activities. You can go surfing, swimming, there’s much more of an outdoorsy thing and that’s what I love to do when I come home.”
Now what’s her typical breakfast? Here’s what she shared: “For breakfast I usually have fruit or muesli or something like that, but I’ll always take some vitamins and minerals, too. I’d have a shot of chlorophyll, some vitamin C, iron and olive leaf or whatever I need that day to keep my energy levels going.”
