Now this gym isn’t your ordinary gym because it advises anyone to leave if he or she is not training hard enough. Whoa! What a motivating gym there! But it sure made his body feel better as his strength and flexibility really improved, according to him.

He expressed in an interview, “I would never have been able to do that before. I would never have been able to push myself to the brink, to push myself hard enough to see gains. But I now enjoy training on my own for that very reason: every session I can feel it improving my mental strength.”

As for his diet, he said, “I have been eating differently– a lot more protein and less carbs. I have heaps of energy and I have stayed lean.”
