Miranda Lambert - CelebHealthy_comBorn on November 10, 1983 in Longview, Texas, American country music artist Miranda Lambert is the daughter of Richard Lee Lambert and Beverly June Hughes. She never thought about becoming famous when she was a child as she grew up hunting deers when she was taught by her father how to use guns. When her father started to write country songs, she also began performing in talent shows and restaurants. These exposures made her singing talent well-developed. It was when she turned 16 when she appeared in the Johnnie High Country Music Revue in Texas and eventually launched her singing career. She signed a recording session in Nashville, Tennessee. She later on became a contestant of “Nashville Star” and finished second runner-up. The said competition gave her the opportunity to become a successful artist as she was immediately signed to Sony Music. Nowadays, she’s one of the prominent and highly-regarded country music artists in the music industry.

When it comes to health, Miranda doesn’t disregard her body that’s why she always finds time to work out at the gym. She is known to be working out with her fitness trainer Bill Crutchfield. She said in her interview with SELF, “I absolutely hate exercise. I love it afterward, of course. But my trainer is so nice, I want to do push-ups to please him!”

For her diet, she admitted that shew was a foodie, but nowadays she’s limiting her food intake. Instead of opting for bacon and eggs during breakfast, she just goes for green juices. And she’s practicing a portion control diet.
