Mikhail Baryshnikov - CelebHealthy_comMikhail Nikolayevich Baryshnikov, nicknamed “Misha”, is a Russian-American dancer, choreographer, and actor born in the Soviet Union, particularly in Riga, Latvia on January 27, 1948. The wife of Lisa Rinehart, he defected to Canada in 1974 for more opportunities in western dance after a promising start in the Kirov Ballet in Leningrad.

Mikhail is a very active person. And that’s because dancing is his life. At the age of 67, he admitted that he still dances. However, he also revealed that he’s not much into a healthy diet as he always finds himself succumbing to cheat foods. He said in an interview, “I try… no milk products, some days a gluten-free diet, you know? But I’m cheating… ” We can see his struggle towards attaining a healthy diet, but the good thing about him is that he’s maintaining his active lifestyle which is about constantly moving around and dancing.
