Mickie James - CelebHealthy_comMickie Laree James is an American professional wrestler, TV personality, model, country singer, and dancer. She was born on August 31, 1979 to parents Stuart James and Sandra Knuckles. Since she was younger, she already considered herself a fan of professional wrestling. Because of that, she decided to learn more about it and attended wrestling school in Washington.

In 2002, she worked at the American professional wrestling promotion Ring of Honor. She also became involved in the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). Later on, she had appearances in the popular show World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) after she debuted on October 10, 2005. From 2006 to 2008, she also became known for having accomplished the championship in women’s division.

When Mickie was asked by 411 Mania about her workout routine, she shared, “I work out 5 days a week. I incorporate a lot of different things. I lift twice a week, I do cardio every day. I take off two days a week too. Even on those two days I’m doing something to keep my energy up like riding my horses. It all depends on how you’re feeling that day.” In addition, she keeps a healthy diet and always makes sure that she’s eating foods that offer nutritious contents.
