American actress and occasional producer Meagan Monique Good was born on August 8, 1981 in Los Angeles, California to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle and Leondis Good. She started acting at the age of four. In the year 1991, she began to appear on screen when she was cast for a guest role in the American TV series Gabriel’s Fire. Three years after, she made another appearance on screen by portraying the role Traycee in the sitcom On Our Own. It was in 1995 when she made her first big screen appearance, portraying a minor role in the movies Friday and Make a Wish, Molly. After her first big screen appearances, she landed different roles in films including You Got Served, Venom, Roll Bounce, One Missed Call, Jumping the Broom, and Dysfunctional Friends. She also made appearances in various TV series such as Cousin Skeeter, Raising Dad, The Jersey, and many others.
Over the years, Meagan maintained an amazing body thanks to her dedication to regular exercises. When she was asked by the Shape regarding her favorite workout, she said, “My favorite workouts are anything having to do with making my waistline trimmed and toned. My least favorite is any type of push ups!”
And when it comes to diet, she said she tries to follow a healthy diet. “I try to eat healthier,” she said. “In the morning, I have a protein shake. In the afternoon I eat mostly whatever I want, I just try to modify it to a healthier choice and a smaller portion—since I still have time to be active if I’m a little bad. In the evening, I stick to baked chicken and veggies.”
