The brother of Josh Holliday and the wife of Leslee Holliday, he was born on January 15, 1980 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, United States. He is known as the World Series champion in the year 2011. Now what is Matt’s workout regimen? In one of his interviews, he revealed that running is always part of his routine. “I make sure I’m running a lot to keep life on the legs,” Matt said. “That’s always my goal. But yeah, I felt really good all year.”

According to him, “I started really getting involved with lifting weights and eating healthy and understanding what that looks like when I was in high school. The more you learn about it, the better you get at it.
