Mark Ruffalo - CelebHealthy_comMark Ruffalo, originally named Mark Alan Ruffalo, is an American actor, director, producer, and screenwriter born on November 22, 1967 in Kenosha, Wisconsin, USA to Marie Rose and Frank Lawrence Ruffalo, Jr. He first appeared on small screen when he became one of the casts of the Canadian TV series Due South. His first big screen appearance happened in the year 1994 in the film Mirror, Mirror 2: Raven Dance followed by his second, The Last Big Thing. He became more dominant in Hollywood when he starred as Bruce Banner or “The Hulk” in the superhero film The Avengers. Currently, he is filming the Avengers: Age of Ultron which is to be shown next year.

To make his body look even more toned and superhero-type, Mark performs workouts that are truly helpful. One of these is the fighting technique Tai Kwondo. He also does Pilates and even tries Gymnastics.

His diet also does great things when it comes to shaping up his well-built body. Since he starred in the The Avengers, Mark is already practicing a strict diet. He says, “I eat one meal a day, two shakes, no dairy, no meat, no caffeine, no sugar, no love, no fun, no sex, no drugs, no wine, no women.”
