At 56, Madonna manages to be fitter and healthier than ever. In an interview made by to celebrity fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson who hasn’t really trained Madonna yet but has worked with stars over and under 50, he said that Madonna could be doing anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes of strength training, 30 to 60 minutes of movement — Pilates or yoga — and then add on to that four to eight hours a day of rehearsal.
