Now what is Madison’s fitness regime? Here’s what she said in an interview: “I would be lying if I said I wanted to wake up and work out every day. But I try to stay motivated by always thinking this is what’s going to make me better. The key is just imagining that trophy. I always love doing a circuit type of thing. I throw in some squats, sprints, weights, and then move on to another thing. You don’t want to be running all the time or lifting. The key is mixing it up. Sometimes we forget that playing a game of basketball with friends counts as working out.”

For her diet, she said, “I throw in some chicken or salmon, almonds, and some vegetables. And I usually have a side of hummus with pita chips. I love baking every type of thing, but for some reason my friends and family are obsessed with my Oreo cheesecake cupcakes. I think everything is good in moderation. Treat yourself once a week, or if it’s your birthday, treat yourself all day!”
