Here’s what she revealed in her post on her website: “I use to work out 5 days a week and now with three kids, managing editor of Nobleman Magazine and LIFE, I just don’t have the time! So now in my life, I work out three times a week, and have been doing that for about a decade! I noticed my body actually got stronger as I cut my workouts to only three times a week. Instead of going almost everyday and not giving my workouts my all, I now leave everything I have at the gym. I push myself hard and I get a great workout every time.”

She also said that she usually works out thrice a week. “Every week I work out 3 times a week,” according to her. “45-60mins is my routine. Once a week I will do cardio. This may be a Soul Cycle class or 45 mins on the stair climber. I am not a runner so I turn my headphones up and get lost in my music. I always like to read a magazine and I just zone out. I’m not a fan or the treadmill or the elliptical so I stick to the cardio machines that I like. Working out doesn’t have to be a miserable experience! Everyone is different. You may love to run.
