Luisa Christina Zissman was born Louisa Christina Kalozois on June 4, 1987 in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. She is an English TV personality and a businesswoman and is known to be also of Greek descent. A student of Northampton School for Girls, she worked at an estate agent when she was 16 so as to have funds for her horse’s maintenance. She was also, at the same time, able to work at Electronic Data Systems. Later on, she decided to build a business of her own for she never wanted to be bossed around. These days, she maintains her electronic business as well as her cake shop. In 2013, she became a TV personality when she joined the ninth series of the British reality TV series The Apprentice and won as a runner up. This year, she is one of the celebrities who were housed on the Celebrity Big Brother where she finished on the fourth place.
Luisa has always been conscious about her body that’s why she constantly works out. “I always keep a close eye on my weight and it can fluctuate quite a lot,” she expressed in one of her interviews. “I can go anywhere from just over 9st to 8st 2 pounds, which is my ideal weight.” Every day, she spends 30 minutes doing leg raises crunches, squats, press ups, cardio exercises, and burpees.
And for her diet, she said she’s on a low-carb, high protein diet. She also shared that she usually include fresh fruits, porridge, chicken with no skin, fish, soup, and salad on her diet.
