American actress Lara Flynn Boyle was born in Davenport, Iowa on March 24, 1970. She is the daughter of Sally and Michael L. Boyle. She started acting in the year 1986, particularly playing the role Heather in coming-of-age comedy film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. After a year, she became part of the TV drama Jack & Mike where she appeared as Leslie and also portrayed the role Jackie Bradford in Amerika and Melanie Waterston in Sable. She further gained notoriety in 1990 when she was cast in Twin Peaks and took the part Donna Hayward.
In 1997, she played a significant role in The Practice for 116 episodes and earned nominations for Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. Her latest screen appearance was in last year’s horror-comedy film Hansel & Gretel Get Baked where she played the role Witch Agnes.
