Lake Siegel Bell was born on March 24, 1979 in New York City. She is an American actress, writer, and director. She first had an appearance on screen in the year 2002, particularly playing the role Jody Holmes on TV series ER and also on the film Speakeasy. From 2004 to 2006, she became part of the TV series Boston Legal and also played part on TV series Surface from 2005 to 2006 and How to Make It in America from 2010 to 2011. Presently, she plays the major role Dr. Cat Black on the satirical American comedy television series and web series Childrens Hospital.

One with a rocking bod, Lake maintains her curves by visiting at her favorite private gym, doing different exercises to tone her abs and legs.

And apart from being active at the gym, she also maintains her wholesome vegan diet, although she admitted in one of her interviews that she also has some cheat days especially when she’s traveling. “I’m vegan on home base, but when I travel to other countries, I throw it all into the garbage,” she said.
