Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark, Countess of Monpezat, was born on February 5, 1972 in Hobart, Australia. The youngest of four children, she is well-recognized for being the wife of Frederik, Crown Prince of Denmark. From 1989 to 1994, she spent time attending school at the University of Tasmania with a combined degree in Commerce and Law (BCom, LLB). She graduated in the year 1995. After graduating, she worked for Australian and global advertising agencies.
So how does the royal beauty maintain her svelte figure? Well, according to her sister-in-law Leanne Donaldson, Mary is not a fan of any strict diet. “Mary doesn’t follow a strict diet at all,” Leanne said. “She is so active she just burns the calories. Mary, like the rest of her family, is totally dedicated to exercise. She’s always walking, jogging, or riding a horse. And now she’s also running after four children – that’s guaranteed to keep anyone in shape!”
According to Australian nutritionist Susie Burrell, the princess might be practicing a Scandinavian diet– a low-carb and high-protein diet. “Having young, active kids and following a low-carb, high-protein diet are all linking together to give Crown Princess Mary that sensational, willowy, lean frame,” Susie expalined.
