Kristen Nöel Swanson, better known as Kristy Swanson, is an American actress. She was born on December 19, 1969 in Mission Viejo, California, United States. She started to work as an actress in the year 1986, portraying a role on the film Pretty in Pink as well as on films Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Deadly Friend. From 1987 to 1988, she became more prominent when she was cast on the TV series Knots Landing by which she played the role Jody Campbell. She also played the role Erica Pagent on the TV series Early Edition from 1998 to 1999. Her latest involvement in TV series was from 2011 to 2014 wherein she portrayed the role on Marlowe Viccellio on Psych.
Kristy is very conscious with her body. What she usually does to come up with a beautiful shape is of course, exercise. Her exercise regimen usually includes running on a treadmill, jumping rope, and doing martial arts. Sounds terrific!
Other than exercise, she is also very particular with her diet. She usually eats fresh fruits and veggies and always drinks lots of water to keep her body well-hydrated.
