
Now how does she keep her body fit? She said in an interview, “I’d go as far as saying that my body image dictates my life. A good couple of weeks of eating and exercising and I’m on cloud 9, a few bad weeks of not exercising and i beat myself up, terribly. My biggest problem is consistency. I get frustrated from being ‘just ok’. Time to really push the limits and see what I can do. I think too many people settle for OK, because they’re scared of what they can achieve.”
She added, “My job makes it impossible for me to have a set routine, and that definitely is my biggest hurdle. Trying to maintain focus and dedication is a constant struggle, but meeting Bekk 3 times a week for our 45 minute sessions takes the hassle out of exercising. There are no ifs or buts. I do it, and I love the results.”
