South Korean actress Kim Tae-hee was born on May 13, 1980 in Ulsan, South Korea. A product of Seoul National University, she first came out on screen in the year 2001 when she was cast on the flick Last Present as young Park Jung-yeon. In 2002, she became a part of SBS’ TV drama Let’s Go, portraying the role Tae-hee. These days, she continues to be a prominent star in the Korean television and film industry.
Tae-hee is apparently one with a skinny yet attractive figure. How does she continue to attain that fab body? Here’s what she revealed in one of her interviews: “I try to work out consistently. I can’t go when I have a busy schedule, but I try to go when I don’t have work. I prefer outdoor sports to working out at the gym. I often walk around the Nam San or Han River area, and when I was in Jeju Island for the filming of ‘Grand Prix’, I walked along the coast. Walking while enjoying the view is great exercise.”
For her diet, her meals usually consist of tomatoes, sweet potatoes, chicken breast salad, and drinks with dietary fiber and vitamins.
