Kathryn Renée McCormick is an American actress and dancer born on July 7, 1990. She started her hobby dancing at the young age of three when she had dance lessons at her mother’s dance studio–the Dance Connection in Georgia. Later on, she trained at Augusta West Dance Studio and Augusta Ballet School where her talent was more defined and emphasized. Since then, she dreamed of becoming a professional dancer. Years later she relocated to Los Angeles to better find her career. Luckily, she was cast in the 2009 film Fame wherein she acted as a supporting dancer which made her become noticeable. She had her first TV appearance in the same year when she was included as one the the dancers who will compete for the sixth season of So You Think You Can Dance. Undeniably talented, the said competition made her rise to fame right after owning third place. Lately, she appeared in the American 3D dance film Step Up Revolution where she played for the main role alongside Ryan Guzman.
There’s no denying that Kathryn has the body that will leave all the girls jealous. Of course, she achieved such body because of her active physical activities and doing her favorite workout which is dancing. She said that during her spare time, she usually takes three dance classes in a day. She proved, “Dance is a physical and mental workout!”
Her diet, on the other hand, mainly consists of organic foods which are really ideal foods that everybody should eat regularly.
