Kate Elizabeth Winslet, simply known as Kate Winslet, is an English writer and singer. She was born on October 5, 1975 in Reading, Berkshire, England to Sally Anne and Roger John Winslet. Gathering six Academy Awards nomination at a very young age, she is simply an A-lister and highly-regarded celebrity in the industry. In 1991, she was first seen in the TV series Shrink followed by her appearance in another TV series called Dark Season. She had her first movie exposure in the year 1994 when she starred as Juliet Hulme in Heavenly Creatures. Another remarkable appearance that made her career raised was in the movie Sense and Sensibility where she played as Marianne Dashwood. She had her breakthrough when she played the role Rose DeWitt in the 1997 romantic disaster film Titanic. The said movie earned her multiple awards including Blockbuster Entertainment Award for Favorite Actress – Drama, Golden Camera for Best International Actress, and Empire Award for Best British Actress.

At 38, Kate still looks insanely beautiful and sexy and it seemed as though she doesn’t age. Her secrets? It’s about doing Pilates. According to the actress, she finds this kind of workout fit for her busy schedule. In one of her interviews, she shares, “I just do my own stuff at home with the help of DVDs. A little bit of Pilates. And just recently I started running, but I’m not very good. I have cellulite, I don’t go to the gym because I don’t have time but I do Pilates workout DVDs for 20 minutes or more everyday at home.”

When asked about her diet, Kate says she’s been practicing a Facial Analysis Diet for so long. It’s a kind of diet that specifically points out your lack of nutrients based on your facial problems.
