KATE MOSSKatherine Ann Moss, famously recognized as Kate Moss, is an English supermodel born on the 16th of January, 1974 in Croydon, Greater London to parents Linda Rosina and Peter Edward Moss. She began modelling at the age of 14 when she was discovered by Sarah Doukas, the founder and organizer of Storm Model Management. In 1990s, Kate became even more popular for her heroic chic fashion trend, a look that is characterized by pale skin, dark circles of the eyes, and thin, waif-like figure. She is also known for her endorsements for prominent fashion brands like Calvin Klein, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Bulgari, and Rimmel.

Kate maintains her slender body by working out constantly with a combination of strict diet. The supermodel is known to spend her time working out at least four times a week by which she usually does running and doing cardio exercises. She’s also a freak when it comes to weight lifting, pole dancing,  and doing yoga.

As for her diet, Kate is known to be really serious about it. She says she normally eats pro biotic yogurt, toast and fruit for breakfast and grilled chicken, fish, and vegetables for lunch and dinner.
